I remember what it was like to make photo albums in the old days. My mom would bring out shoe box upon shoe box filled with photographs, and we would get to work. We would take a photo album, carefully arrange the photos, and put them all in the sleeves. It was hours and hours of painstaking work, and it was almost impossible to get everything in quite the right order. If the photos were fated, you would just have to deal with that. Sometimes, we would use the negatives to get new prints made, but other times the negatives were faded and we were just out of luck. It is just amazing how much photo album software has changed things for us.
