Tracking Calories For Weight Control


  When it comes to weight control, it's very important to know exactly how many calories you're consuming every day. A pound of fat contains 3500 calories, so you'll want to burn that many more calories than you take in weekly to lose a pound. Tracking your caloric intake will help you figure out how many calories you must burn to do this. Use a daily food diary to check the amount of calories you're taking in to make it easier.
