Gaining Strength To Build Muscle


  If you're trying to build muscle mass, it's important that you get stronger. When you weight train you break down the muscle tissue, which then builds up to handle more resisitence. The best way to get your muscles to respond is to gain more muscle strength. You may start out by gaining more strength than size, but eventually your body will catch up.
