More births means more man power for markets to stay here in Australia. She says midwives are looking forward to the proposed redevelopment of the hospital. “We’ve recently begun negotiations on planning for additions to the birth suite, that will happen sometime in the next five years, and there’s also recently been an announcement that we will have a four-bed birth center in the redevelopment precinct,” she said.
