outsourcing become very popular in the last 10 years. but some people think not all is good and it is a problematic issue. usually the business owner benefits the most. instead of employing workers with rights and hold them for high pick work and low pick time, and sometimes it is hard to fire them, the firm move the job to the market and let all the outsourcing get the job and compete for minimum price. so what is wrong? well it is like gambling sometime the give you good results but sometimes they delay and work for others that pay more.
