Stomach Exercise Needed for Flabby Dad! It’s often said that A High Protein Diet Low in Carbohydrates is the best eating program for toning stomach muscles and burning fat.  All I know is that when you get to be over 40 years of age, something happens to the body where stored belly fat refuses to move for any man. Face, neck, arms and legs are not usually a problem, but the love handles and the gut can be a real challenge for most men. But if that’s the problem, then what’s the solution?  There has to be one, right?
