Wedding Planner Checklist
And most important, planning a wedding is not a small job and it can get stressful, especially when it can also become an emotional event for the couple and their family and friends. A Wedding Planner can provide moral support and reduce stress by taking the burden of planning and handling a wedding. What better assurance can you give the bride and groom then knowing that they have someone who’s done it many times, taking care of everything for them.
My husband and I were asked over to her apartment to have dinner with her and her fiancé. I told my husband on the way to the apartment that I was going to see if I could not get her to share some of the details about the wedding, or at least talking about what has been done and what needs to happen. They have set a firm date, but I do not know if that is based on personal reasons for the date or if it is the date they can get a reception hall and church. When we arrived at the apartment I noticed the wedding planner book was setting out on the coffee table. To my relief it looked like she had been handling it quite a bit. When I mentioned this to her she was very proud to tell me that they had rented a reception hall, called a caterer, reserved the church and was in the process of picking out invitations. She was glowing because she felt so good about accomplishing all these things on her own. I was glad that I did not interfere.
