When looking at bedroom interior design it is important that you do not break up the room into little bits rather design the room as a whole. For example a room will look bigger with wall to wall carpeting compared to a room which has lots of rugs scattered all over it. Also the lighting in a bedroom design will need to be considered, certainly most rooms benefit from having both functional and decorative lighting in them. Functional lighting is used to set the scene in a room whilst decorative will add interest. So it is important that you include both primary and secondary lighting in to your bedroom interior design.
