Strengthen Your Core
If you compete in any sport or you follow a weight training routine, you’ll need a stonger core to support your body. To increase your core strength you need to do abdominal and lower back workouts with high intensity. To strengthen your lower back you should do deadlifts, good mornings, and hyperextensions. The best abdominal exercises include crunches, leg raises, and side bends for the obliques (the muscles on the sides of the midsection).
