What Is Kundalini Yoga?
In the United States, Kundalini Yoga is quite new and was only introduced to the West Coast in 1969 when Yogi Bhajan came from India and began to teach people and like other yogas, there is a link between movement and breath. The main point of difference between Kundalini Yoga and other forms of yoga is that there is direct focus on moving energy via a charka system that stimulates the energy in the lower charkas and moves to higher charkas.
